I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of care that the company has for their customers. When I first ordered I accidentally entered the wrong address and when the shipping company wasn’t able to help me (it was shipping out of country) I contacted Jyagao customer service where the owner, Emily, called her shipping service provider and was able to not only get my package delivered to the correct place, but also delivered that same day. All in all it was very helpful, my wife loved her earrings, and I was really happy to leave a good review.

These earrings are gorgeous and so well-crafted. They arrived quickly in neatly packaged reusable bags. I’m glad I got the two-tone minis. They’re big enough to be a statement piece but not distractingly long, and the two-tone feels so glamorous.
